As a native Californian, I purchased my first property when I was 19 years old. Having a knack for remodeling, I continued to purchase and project manage several renovations in the USA and Australia, where I lived for many years. My former career as a psychotherapist, executive coach and best-selling author of five books, provided me with solid negotiation skills, as well as the ability to really listen. I know how to ask the right questions to draw out what people truly need and desire in a home or investment property and accentuate the key features to focus on in selling a property for maximum profit. Since moving back to California in 2015, I have purchased my own home as well as two investment properties in Coronado and Imperial Beach. Two homes were built from the ground up and the third was a total remodel, making a very ugly house into a beautiful and functional beach house. Additionally, I have helped numerous clients sell, purchase and invest in California real estate.
