Terry's passion for Real Estate started in the early 80's while working for a Home Builder in San Diego. She obtained her Real Estate License and her knowledge of the home sale transaction, escrow, mortgages and the building process expanded greatly. In the late 80's her knowledge of real estate expanded into Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing. In the early 90's to 2019 she was a partner in a Southern California Multi-store retailer. In addition to managing the day to day operations of the business she also managed the acquisition, development of the land and construction of their flagship location. Since the early 80's she has continually negotiated the purchases, financing, remodeling and ongoing operation of commercial and residential properties.
In 2020 Terry decided to pursue her love affair with Residential Real Estate Sales on a full-time basis. My goal is to help as many clients achieve the "American Dream" of home ownership making the process of buying and selling your home as educated, easy and stress free as possible. The Real Estate business is constantly evolving, Terry is committed to being a lifelong learner to provide 5 star service to her clients. In 2022, Terry received her SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist Certification.
