For Mary Beth, this manifested early in life. At the age of 14 she opened her own school of ballet, and has continued to find fulfillment teaching in various capacities ever since. Her skill and passion for helping people drew her to fund-raising and event planning for the benefit of local charities including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Water for Sudan, United Cerebral Palsy San Diego, and more. Mary Beth says, "I'm at my best when I'm volunteering and giving back." Nowadays she takes particular joy in sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience with homebuyer and sellers.

Philip Fredricksen joined forces with Mary Beth in 2013 after many years practicing law in tax, business, and real estate matters. His experience with family law is particularly helpful in cases involving divorce or trust concerns, where he may help resolve conflict among interested parties and negotiate for the fairest outcome.

 

Today, they work together seamlessly as a team, with diverse and overlapping skills that let them efficiently "divide and conquer" all the elements of each home sale. Taking new clients only by referral from their large trusted network, Mary Beth and Philip treat each one with the same respect and care due a close friend or family member, going Above & Beyond to promote their clients' success.

 

Mary Beth Kellee has been a licensed real estate agent and a key player in the San Diego real estate market since 1998.
