I am a Relocation Specialist with Coldwell Banker West,undergoing re-certification every 2 years as well. As part of the Relocation Team, with work with many partners, such as Navy Federal Credit Union, USAA, AARP, Better Homes and Gardens, and many other lenders. I'm also a specialist with first time home buyers and help navigate through the process of what may be the most expensive purchase in their lives. My strengths are creating marketing plans to get properties sold. Since the majority of buyers are now shopping for homes online rather than in print, I keep a strong online presence to advertise the home creatively, along with social media and professional, state of the art photography and virtual tools to get as many buyers as possible see the property in the fastest time frame. Next, and equally as important, is helping clients make educated decisions about offers, and choose the right one that will end in a successful escrow. I love holding open houses for clients and feel it gives perspective buyers an opportunity to speak freely with me and gain accurate information about the home, as well as qualifying buyers with pre-approval with a lender.

One of the fun parts of being a real estate agent is helping clients with curb appeal of their home, and that's were one of my former jobs as a gardener for the San Diego Zoo comes in. Landscaping and design is a passion, and my expertise in this field can help sellers create a great first impression of a home. I also enjoy interior design and home staging, so once the buyers are in the home, I can help the sellers create an inviting home atmosphere. Along with the outside of the home, I also give clients free consultations for staging your home.
